What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments only through Razorpay, India's trusted payment gateway.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

No — Shivam Chains & Charms does not accept Cash on Delivery under any circumstances. Orders are confirmed only after full payment. Cash payments are accepted at our physical store only.

Is there a minimum order value?

Yes — the minimum order value (MOV) is ₹1,000.

What if a payment fails because of a website issue?

If a payment fails because of website maintenance or a technical glitch, we will refund the amount.

Are taxes included in the price?

As a registered business we're required to apply GST and other applicable taxes on all products — these will never be waived.
